  • Standard travel rates cover Johnston County.

  • For areas outside Johnston County, mileage-based fees will apply.

  • We proudly serve clients up to 2 hours away — from Raleigh to Rocky Mount, Smithfield, Durham, Fayetteville, and beyond.

💰 General Notary Work Pricing:
General Notary work starts at $15, but final pricing depends on your location and document needs. For accuracy, please complete the form — and we’ll confirm all pricing before accepting the booking.

⏳ Important:
Appointments made through Vagaro are not final until reviewed and accepted. You’ll receive a confirmation once we’ve verified your request.

💻 Prefer to Sign Online? Remote Online Notarization (RON) is Available!

Note That, LLC now offers secure online notarization for eligible documents using a state-approved platform. This means you can meet with a commissioned notary via live video — without leaving your home.

✅ Requirements:

  • You must be located in North Carolina

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required

  • You must upload the document needing notarization when filling out the form

📁 Already have the document?
You can upload your file directly through the intake form before selecting your appointment time. This helps us review in advance and provide accurate guidance and pricing.

💵 Pricing:

  • Online Notarization Platform Fee: $25 per document

  • ID Verification Fee: $3 (charged by the platform)

  • Standard notary service fees still apply

  • Travel fee is waived for RON appointments
