Now Hiring: Field Inspection Subcontractors (1099)

Note That, LLC is expanding our service capacity and seeking reliable, detail-oriented subcontractors to complete field inspections across:

Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Willow Spring, Angier, Wendell, Clayton, Smithfield, Benson, Four Oaks, Goldsboro, Kinston, and all surrounding areas.

This is flexible, part-time, independent work — perfect for individuals who want to earn additional income while working outdoors and on their own schedule.

What You Will Do

• Visit assigned property addresses
• Take simple exterior photos
• Knock on doors for borrower contact (when required)
• Complete short digital forms
• Upload results by daily or weekly deadlines

No experience required — we provide guidance and support.

Pay Structure

Subcontractors are paid per completed inspection:

• Door Knocks – $5 each
• State Farm Insurance Inspections – $7–$8 each
• Insurance-Loss Inspections – $11–$12 each

Earning Potential

Your income depends on your pace and availability. Most subcontractors complete inspections quickly once familiar with the process.

Weekly Examples:
• Light Routes: $225–$300/week
• Moderate Volume: $350–$500/week
• High Volume (includes Insurance-Loss): $500–$700/week

Routes are assigned close to your home whenever possible.

What You Need

• Your own reliable vehicle
• Smartphone with good camera
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Professional communication and reliability
• Must be comfortable traveling locally
